Free Initial Consultation

15 minutes

We begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation — a brief conversation about your child or young adult, your concerns, and what you're hoping to understand. This helps us determine whether an evaluation may be the right fit and discuss potential next steps.

  • Brief discussion of your primary concerns
  • Discussion of your specific concerns and questions
  • Overview of the evaluation process and what to expect
  • Opportunity to ask questions before committing
02

Comprehensive Evaluation

2–3 sessions

The evaluation itself is conducted across one to three sessions, depending on the scope of assessment. We use a battery of standardized, research-based tools selected specifically for the individual being evaluated.

  • Cognitive and intellectual assessment
  • Academic achievement testing
  • Attention and executive functioning measures
  • Social-emotional and behavioral rating scales
  • Parent and teacher questionnaires
03

Scoring & Integrated Analysis

2–3 weeks

After testing is complete, we spend significant time scoring, analyzing, and integrating all data sources. This is where we integrate and interpret the information — considering results not in isolation, but in the full context of history, observations, and profile.

  • Scoring and norming of all assessment measures
  • Integration of test data with history and observations
  • Pattern analysis across cognitive and academic domains
  • Development of individualized recommendations
04

Feedback Session

60–90 minutes

Before delivering the written report, we meet with you to walk through findings in plain language. We explain what the results mean, answer your questions, and make sure you leave with genuine understanding — not just a stack of numbers.

  • Plain-language explanation of all findings
  • Discussion of findings and diagnostic considerations, when applicable
  • Review of recommendations and next steps
  • Time for all your questions
05

Written Report & Recommendations

Delivered within 1 week of feedback

You receive a comprehensive written report that documents all findings, integrates data sources, and provides specific, actionable recommendations. We remain available for follow-up questions and can coordinate with schools or other providers.

  • Comprehensive written report with all findings
  • Specific academic accommodation recommendations
  • Referrals to additional services when appropriate
  • Availability for school meetings and provider coordination
